2012 Challenge Winners
The 2012 Challenge brought out a nice number of entries. As usual it was hard to pick winners, but decisions were made and the winners are Louise Robinson,s apple tree throughout the seasons got First, Sue Reisner's Southwest siblings, Second and Third was Trish Barnum with her beach scene.

Creative Quilters installed the new officers for 2012 at their Christmas party on December 14, 2011.

Creative Quilters meet every second Wednesday of the month for a Business Meeting at 9:30 am in St. Ann's Episcopal Church, 9870 W. Fort Island Trail, Crystal River and every fourth Wednesday at 9:30 for a workshop for members. We put on a Quilt Show every two years, the next show will be our thirteenth show, held on March 15 and 16, 2013 "Lucky 13". Members make a special quilt to be raffled at the quilt show with the proceeds to go to Hospice. We make lap size quilts and donate them to the Sheriffs Department in April and October to be given to distressed children. Anyone interested in membership should call Addie Atkinson 746-3187.
